Sustaining innovation over time is one of the biggest challenges for any technology company. Being shortlisted once again for the Auggie Awards, the most important awards in the AR/VR industry, represents a great source of pride for the entire CamOn team.

This recognition reinforces our vision of Augmented and Virtual Reality not just as technology, but as a tool capable of delivering memorable experiences, stronger engagement, and tangible results for brands.

The campaign with Pringles, Netflix & Creata

This year, we reached the finals alongside Pringles, Netflix, and Creata with a campaign developed for the launch of Stranger Things.

The challenge was to transform the iconic Pringles can into an immersive experience that connected the worlds of this cross-brand collaboration.

Immersive experiences developed for Stranger Things

  • An Image Tracking system where the Demogorgon emerged and tore through the physical pack in real time via mobile devices.
  • An AR Portal that allowed users to step directly into the Upside Down universe from their smartphones.

The value of the project was not only in its technical complexity, but in its ability to scale an Augmented Reality and Image Tracking experience, integrating physical product, storytelling, and digital entertainment at the exact moment of consumption.

Four consecutive years as finalists

None of this would be possible without the talent of the CamOn team and the trust of partners such as Pringles, Netflix, and Creata, who continue to bet on experiences that create real impact for their audiences.

After four consecutive years as finalists, we continue to reinforce a belief that drives us every day: sustained innovation is built project by project.

Final results will be announced on June 17 during AWE in Long Beach, California.
