Together with Globant, we have created onboarding experiences for new hires in Argentina. This project was done for the L’Oréal Group in cooperation with their IT and Human Resources teams. This solution goal was to offer Lorelaians (L’Oréal employees) an interactive and innovative welcome when they join the company.
L’Oréal employees access 6 different Web 360 experiences through a QR code. Each experience provides them with information and places them in the L’Oréal Groupe world in a unique and attractive way. Additionally, they have a navigation menu to make the process easier.
The first experience, called “Who we are”, has a video with a special message from the local CEO. It also contains games and trivias to find out the history and reach of the L’Oreál Groupe. They can then continue with a series of experiences that follow the same playful and educational format; they talk about the company’s culture, the community of Lorealians, the brands that make up the company, Beauty Tech initiatives, and the commitments set by L’Oréal for the Future for 2030.
Due to the success of this experience, L’Oréal plans to scale up this development to other markets where the company operates around the world.
